We’ve been working hard on updates to the payment system for your mini-sites. As part of these updates, we’re making it very clear to your customers what the payment options are for a service.

This could be paying a deposit, paying in full, the option of paying later, leaving card details, or even purchasing a pass to pay for their appointment.

All of this allows you greater flexibility to stop no-shows as well as great up-sell opportunities.

We’ve also added the payment details to the final confirmation screen, so there is no longer any uncertainty over whether an appointment has been booked prior to a payment being made. The appointment will not be booked until the payment has been confirmed and any errors, either in the appointment or payment, will be shown on the same page.
